Digital Art Science was engaged by the SLV to research and develop a business case for expanding their online offering and proposing the creation of an innovative new web application. Details are still confidential, but the project spawned a partnership between Digital Art Science and Volkside (Usability and IA experts).
Together we ran eye-opening workshops with the key stakeholders to gather ideas, functionality and insights into the world of public lirbaries. We also undertook extensive research into literary web applications and other innovative technologies that we felt would be relevant to the business case and eventual application.
Jury is still out on whether the SLV will progress with the development, but keep an eye out because if it goes ahead it is definitely one to watch.
